Deepesh Wadhwani

Deepesh Wadhwani, a Mechanical Engineer turned Data Scientist has been
associated with Data Analysis and Prediction for 9+ years. He is the founder of Sophos Knowledge Services which carves path for organizations with insights of data science and is also Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at HighNest Sustainable Development Private Limited. Deepesh was awarded the prestigious Indian Achievers Awards 2022 for his work on the Application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in the Field of Environmental Preservation.

He also worked on Risk Prediction Models for Wells Fargo Bank and Pricing Models for Mitsubishi FUSO (Japan). The cornerstone of his pedagogy is the effective translation of math (the primary language of ML algorithms) and Artificial Intelligence. He simplifies complex algorithms using everyday language and live examples for better understanding.

ELIGIBILITY AND ADMISSION

Who is eligible to apply for this program?

1. Academic background: You can apply if you have completed or about to complete your Data Science curriculum in any certification/graduation/post-graduation degree
2. Basic English proficiency: This program is conducted in English; hence you should be able to follow instructions in English, although you don’t need to be an expert.
3. Time commitment: The program is comprising of both classroom/group discussions and individualised discussions with guide. The classroom/group discussion are conducted in weekend batches whereas the individualised discussion is scheduled as per availability of both he candidate and the guide during both weekdays and weekends.

What is the selection criteria for this program?

The programs are constructed to hone your interviewing skills. Thus, there is no selection criteria. We intend to help everyone.

What are the logistical requirements for this program?

This is a Part-Time online program; all you just need a quiet room to attend the sessions.
You will require a laptop/phone to watch and work along with the guide. A smart phone can be used but laptop/pc works much better.
Smartphone is not necessary, but good to have for appropriate communication

Is there any selection process?

There is no selection process. All are welcomed.

PROGRAM FEE

Will there be any registration fee to apply for the course?

There is no separate registration fee. All the applicable fee heads are included in your program fee.

What is the program fee?

The fee for the Career Guidance program is 12000 INR (plus 18% GST) but for now you are getting it for just Rs.1799 . This is including all the fee heads.

If I drop out in the middle of the program, will I get a refund of the fee?

If you decide that TheCorrelation career guidance is not the right choice for you within five days of starting the program, the full fee minus the admission fee head ( = 500 INR + GST) will be refunded. If you decide to leave after that, No fee refund will be possible. In either case, you lose access to the online/offline resources provided by TheCorrelation.

Program Curriculum and Schedule

What is the duration of the program?

The Career Acceleration Program is 6 weeks long. If you cannot complete the course on time for any reason, then it can be extended on mutual discussion

What is the medium of instruction going to be?

English. Since each batch includes students from all over India, we follow English as the only medium of instruction. You are expected to be proficient enough in English to understand the discussions and ask doubts. Although, there is a soft skill training aspect of the program which will help students with English communication as well

Is it possible that the program might get extended after the stipulated duration?

Yes, sometimes, depending on the pace of the batch or your commitments, the program might get extended by a bit. In the end, we want to make sure that none of our students gets left behind. To ensure this, we sometimes must take repeat lectures or slow down the pace of the batch.

Is there any project associated with the program?

No, there is no project. But you will be guided to perform some learning activities on your own, link cheating/editing your resume/LinkedIn/GitHub profiles. You will also be needed to participate in group activities like topic discussion to enhance your articulation skills

Is attendance necessary for tests, lectures, and assignments?

We highly recommend that all students must attend the sessions Live, although all sessions are recorded, and students can watch the recorded session videos in case they were not able to attend the session live.

How long can I access the content in recorded format after the live sessions?

You can access the course content and lecture recordings for up to 3 months after completing the program. If you want to extend the duration, connect with your curriculum guide.

Who will be our mentors and instructors?

We select all our faculty very carefully, based on both their technical knowledge and content delivery skills. We have specialized faculty for major modules in the program. Most of our faculty are IIT/IIM graduates and expert industry professionals.
